A vibrant and expressive Fume style showcasing ripe nectarine, white peach and citrus lifted by gentle toasted oak spice, vanilla and soft florals. The oak influence is subtle and beautifully integrated, adding warmth and shape without overpowering the fruit.

The palate is smooth and layered with stone fruit, citrus curd and a creamy texture derived from wild fermentation and extended lees contact. Fresh natural acidity brings clarity and balance, leading to a long savoury finish that reflects the elegance and character of Margaret River.
