The palate is polished and beautifully balanced. Juicy dark fruits and red plum lead, framed by a fine savoury spice thread. "A superb dark-purple colour, and the appeal doesn’t stop there. Savoury and floral aromas, some meaty reduction and spices, with the fuller-bodied palate unfurling with flavour.
